Pandion Music Foundation (PMF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that equips emerging music creators around the world with tools to help foster more equitable, attainable, and sustainable careers.
Through free online workshops, wellness support, and scholarship-based mentorship programs, PMF fosters a community where creators from diverse backgrounds and identities have the support, tools, and resilience they need to keep making music in an ever-evolving industry.
Whether you’re a teen seeking mentorship to start your musical journey or an experienced musician looking for collaboration opportunities to inspire and sustain your passion, Pandion is here for the creators.
Our programs are designed to support the whole artist along their journey in music:
Pandion members also receive access to our free, online member portal—providing lasting support and collaboration opportunities on their journeys in music for years to come.

It’s hard to be a music creator in today’s world. Music streaming services do not compensate artists fairly for their music; touring bands are going into debt while on the road; gigs and festivals are getting cancelled; mental health is an ongoing crisis among musicians; artists are experiencing widespread increased industry pressures and lack of support.
PMF was founded by music creators, for music creators – building a community of support, educational resources, and wellness tools so that musicians can build the endurance to keep making music within a challenging landscape.
It is our pledge to sustain an inclusive and supportive community with no fees, requirements, or obligations — revolutionizing access to information, education, and collaboration opportunities for musicians regardless of socioeconomic background or identity.
