Kelsy Lartius Miguel is an entrepreneur\, music industry strategist\, and community builder based in Denver\, Colorado. As the founder of Kelzana Artist Management\, she guides artists through the complexities of the modern music landscape. A graduate of Berklee College of Music and a Professional Member of The Recording Academy\, Kelsey is driven by her passions for the music industry and for building a strong\, interconnected community. This drive has led her to foster connections and take on leadership roles within the Colorado music scene\, serving on the board of Women In Music Denver and founding the Colorado Music Industry Alliance. Tori Norman Castillo has been storytelling since she could talk… literally. After authoring her first book at age four\, she went on to film a documentary in Madrid at 21 while studying at NYU. During her time in Spain\, she earned a Master’s in Management and experienced the indie music scene from the inside\, working at a local record label as the movement exploded. She eventually brought that experience back to Brooklyn\, joining a music tech company focused on connecting indie artists with performance opportunities. Today\, Tori supports artists in honing their brand and developing smart\, sustainable strategies to grow organically without compromising authenticity.
